This sweet city get-away is about experiencing a slower pace of life, taking time to reflect on what lies behind you and consciously re-connect with your ideas, visions, values and dream which lie ahead of you.
We will be tapping into the energy of spring. Spring is a time of growth, awakening and expansion. This uplifting energy helps us organise and coordinate our ideas, visions & imagination into actions, without losing the flexibility in the process.

We will open this day with a grounding meditation and breathwork followed by the practice of Living Yolates & Vinyasa Yoga which will not only strengthen but also create a free flow of energy throughout our bodies. We are going to shake and dance off all worries & stress and create space for the new to come. It is going to be fun!
For an extra magical ending we have invited Sound Bath facilitator Laura Flicker from Munich who will accompany our deep stretches and extra long relaxation with the calming and cosmic sounds of her crystal bowls.
Letting body & mind fully unwind and rest.
After our movement session there will be time to ask questions, exchange & eat.
Ariel Pedatzur, Founder of Niguvv and private chef for this day will indulge us with flavors from her home country Tel Aviv. Ariel will prepare her famous hummus, homemade pita breads and fresh salads! This girl gives all of her heart into hummus, hoping for others to enjoy it as much as she does! Let yourself be surprised and dive into one of a kind experience!
